Veronica Kemeny, LCSW, PMH-C
Veronica, a licensed clinical social worker, earned her Master's of Social Work from New York University. Originally from New England, she relocated to Raleigh in 2015 and is delighted to now consider North Carolina her home.

Carolina Robbins, LCSW, PMH-C, EMDR Certified Therapist
Carolina Robbins is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, and EMDR Certified Therapist with over 19 years of experience in social services, psychiatric hospitals, treatment centers, and outpatient facilities.

Roxanne Rosenberg, LCMHC, PMH-C
Roxanne, a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), holds an honors degree in psychology from Yale University and a master's degree in psychology from Duke University.

Hal Barcus
Hal (they/them) is an Associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWA) with an MSW from North Carolina State University. They are passionate about serving their community and connecting people to mental health services.
Team Lead
Ravine Billy, MSW, LCSW
Ravine earned a BS in Clinical Psychology from Chowan University and pursued Clinical Social Work at VCU. She worked with African American fathers and young families at FACTS in Richmond, also serving veterans in the Spinal Cord Injury Unit at the VA hospital.

Kathy Tompkins (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who is passionate about offering quality mental health access to those experiencing PMADs, perinatal trauma, and loss.

Kennedy Fipps (she/her), a recent MSW graduate from NC State, completed her practicum with Anchor Perinatal Wellness and now joins the team as a program therapist with her LCSWA.​​

Cristina Mena, LCMHC, brings 14 years of mental health experience across diverse settings in Florida, including crisis centers, schools, child welfare, and private practice.​​

Megan Stauffer, LCSWA, earned her BA in 2006 and became a Postpartum Doula after volunteering with UNC Hospitals' Birth Partners Program following her move to the Triangle.​​​

Karen (she/her) is an Associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWA) with an MSW from UNC Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University with majors in Psychology and Political Science.

Enfinity Dobson is a fully licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCASA) and has over 7 years of dedicated service in the mental health field. ​

Jaime Weatherly (she/her) is an Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in perinatal mental health. She graduated from UNC's School of Social Work in 2018, and since then has had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including inpatient and outpatient, to prioritize the health of her patients.

Amanda is fervently passionate about reproductive health and working with folks in the throes of pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. Wherever you are, she is dedicated to meeting you there. Amanda strives to show up with a warm heart, genuine curiosity, and deep care for your experience.

Yailyn Murphy is a bilingual LCMHC and National Certified Counselor with a PMH-C. She holds a B.S. from Meredith College and an M.A. in Counseling from Appalachian State, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Erin brings a decade of experience in accounts receivables, focusing on mental health billing across various commercial payers. She recently graduated with a Bachelors degree Business Administration and has experience with medical insurance billing and coding.

Tiffany Bischoff
Tiffany has been in the medical billing business field for 2 years now for providers and insurance companies. She is looking forward to growing with Anchor. She is a busy mom of 3 little girls ages 7, 5 and 2 and loves the outdoors.
