Carolina Robbins, LCSW, PMH-C, EMDR Certified Therapist
Director of Operations
Carolina Robbins is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, and EMDR Certified Therapist with over 19 years of experience in social services, psychiatric hospitals, treatment centers, and outpatient facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University and a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Social Work at Barry University, Carolina specializes in trauma, maternal mental health, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

In 2020, she completed the Postpartum Support International certificate program in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Carolina embarked on the journey to EMDR certification in 2021, successfully achieving the designation in 2022 after rigorous training, clinical practice, and consultation. Fluent in Spanish, Carolina, originally from South Florida, relocated to the Triangle area in 2018. She resides locally with her husband and two children, finding joy in spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities, cooking, reading, and scuba diving.
