IOP Program Therapist and Outpatient Therapist

IOP Program Therapist position-Full-time:

​

Program therapists will provide group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy to patients in APW’s perinatal intensive outpatient program. Group therapy services are rendered in-person at our Raleigh location. Individual and family therapy services will be rendered through a combination of virtual technologies from an appropriate location and in-person meetings at our Raleigh location. This position reports to APW’s Clinical Director.

Assigned duties include:

● Conduct in-person mental health screenings and manage a caseload of outpatient clients

● Facilitate intensive outpatient groups in our curriculum (opportunities to create new groups if desired)

● Conduct weekly individual and family sessions

● Participate in weekly clinical team meeting and regular supervision

● Complete required clinical documentation each week

● Coordinate care with outside providers for assigned clients

● Conduct screenings and biopsychosocial assessments for admissions on a rotating basis

● Participate in on-call rotation once every 6 weeks (flexible)

● Complete ongoing training on perinatal mood disorders, trauma, anti-oppression, and related topics

Hours: 32-40 hours per week. Must be in-office M/W/F 9a-3p, but can be remote T/Th. Remote hours are flexible.

Education and Licensure Requirements
● Full or Associate LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, or LMFT
● Trained in at least one evidence-based treatment modality, including CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, CPT, EMDR, SP, SE, and Brainspotting.

● At least one year post-graduate clinical experience
 

Job Types: Full-time, Salaried 
 

Salary: This position pays $58,000 to $65,000 for full-time clinicians. Two weeks of PTO are included. Annual raises and bonuses are available.

Contract position:

Anchor Perinatal Wellness (APW) is a perinatal mental health program in Raleigh, North Carolina. We treat pregnant and postpartum (up to 2 years) people with depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, intrusive thoughts, OCD, and other perinatal distress. We are a collaborative group of clinicians skilled in evidence-based modalities for this population. We serve people of all races, ethnicities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, immigration statuses, and socioeconomic statuses.

Contract therapists will provide individual therapy and family therapy to patients in APW’s perinatal outpatient program. Individual and family therapy services will be rendered through a combination of virtual technologies from an appropriate location and in-person meetings at our Raleigh location. This position reports to APW’s Clinical Director.

● Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, and occasional family therapy

● Complete required clinical documentation by the end of each week

● Coordinate care with outside providers for assigned clients

● Complete ongoing training on perinatal mood disorders, trauma, anti-oppression, and related topics

Hours: Sessions can be scheduled at the therapist’s convenience
 

Education and Licensure Requirements

Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
