For your convenience and well-being, perinatal mental health screenings at Anchor Perinatal Wellness are entirely FREE. Take advantage of this opportunity to prioritize your mental health.
Therapy & Program Fees
Outpatient Therapy Fees
We understand the importance of flexible payment options. For Bluecross Blueshield, Cigna, Aetna, United, and Magellan, we are in-network providers.
While we are not in-network with TRICARE, we are a preferred provider covering a majority of our services.
Our self-pay rates for Outpatient Services are as follows:

Initial Evaluation (90 minutes): $250

Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $150

Family Therapy (60 minutes): $175

For those who are uninsured or facing financial hardship, we offer a limited number of sliding-scale and pro bono spots, with special consideration given to individuals from marginalized groups.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Fees
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) fees are determined by your insurance benefit coverage. Our admissions department will work with you individually to explore payment options. We are now proudly in-network with Bluecross Blueshield, CIGNA, United Healthcare, Magellan, and Aetna.

Intensive Outpatient Groups (180 minutes, 3 times per week): $500 per day
