Enfinity Dobson is a fully licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCASA). Earning her Master’s of Science Degree from Capella University in Marriage and Family Therapist and Bachelor’s of Science in Family Community Services/Family Studies and minor in Psychology from East Carolina University, she has over 7 years of dedicated service in the mental health field.

Enfinity is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through perinatal mental health challenges. Drawing from her own personal journey with perinatal mental health, after the birth of both of her children, she offers her professional expertise through a holistic and system lens. 

Currently pursuing her certification in perinatal mental health,  Enfinity integrates evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, SFT,  MBCT, and Gottman Method, to provide tailored support and healing. With her unique blend of personal experience and clinical knowledge, she empowers clients to navigate their own paths to wellness and healing during this transformative time.

When not in a professional setting, Enfinity enjoys audible books, light shopping, watching movies, creating memories with her little ones, and experiencing new restaurants.
