Roxanne Rosenberg, LCMHC, PMH-C

Clinical Director

Roxanne, a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), holds an honors degree in psychology from Yale University and a master's degree in psychology from Duke University. With over 15 years of experience, Roxanne has been a steadfast support for pregnant and postpartum individuals, employing various approaches such as individual psychotherapy, facilitating support groups, practicing as a birth doula, and engaging in advocacy work.

Since 2018, Roxanne has served as the chair of the North Carolina chapter of Postpartum Support International. In this role, she actively works to raise awareness about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) in the state. Roxanne plays a pivotal role in training mental health and allied professionals to recognize and provide resources and treatment for PMADs. Additionally, she connects families with affordable, specialized care. Her expertise extends beyond state borders, as she conducts perinatal mental health and women's trauma trainings nationwide.

A proud bicultural Miamian, Roxanne is fluent in Spanish, with some proficiency in Portuguese. She resides in Raleigh, NC, with her partner and two children. Outside of her professional pursuits, Roxanne finds joy in dancing, traveling, and staying updated on the latest developments in perinatal mental health.
