Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Virtual IOP is for those who need more than weekly therapy. Pregnant and postpartum people learn and practice coping skills and be in community with others who truly get it.

Weekly or biweekly sessions with a perinatal-trained therapist who meets you where you are—emotionally and physically.
Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, grieving a loss, or managing anxiety, sadness, or identity shifts, this is a space to feel seen, supported, and understood.
