Jaime Weatherly (she/her) is an Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in perinatal mental health. She graduated from UNC's School of Social Work in 2018, and since then has had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including inpatient and outpatient, to prioritize the health of her patients. Jaime obtained her PMH-C in February of 2024 and is motivated to foster the health and wellbeing of moms and their partners as they navigate one of life's greatest transitions. Jaime knows from personal experience that pregnancy and postpartum can be a vulnerable time, and everyone has their own unique experience.

        Meeting you exactly where you are on your journey is her goal. She utilizes evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy in her practice. Jaime provides telehealth services, as well as in person sessions on Wednesdays. 

        When she is not working, Jaime can be found trying to keep up with her two boys, reading, or planning her next vacation (usually with Taylor Swift playing in the background).
